Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll across multiple countries.
• Deep end-to-end payroll operations knowledge and statutory requirements.
• Expertise in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and meticulous data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior ownership for complex, high-risk multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
• Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations.
• Prepare and submit required filings and reports.
• Validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and integrations.
• Support standardized payroll workflows rollout across the region.
