Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd invites applications for a Senior Payroll Specialist (Switzerland, EU&I) to join our payroll team at HQ near Basel. The role covers full administration of payroll across Europe and Canada, collaborating with external providers and local Finance teams to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience, strong payroll accounting skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of multi-country payroll experience, EU&I and Swiss payroll.
• Strong payroll accounting knowledge, incl. GL postings and reconciliations.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage payroll activities for assigned markets with external providers.
• Prepare input data and validate monthly payroll outputs.
• Perform monthly payroll reviews and in-house processing.
• Coordinate year-end tasks and tax certificates.
• Support payroll implementations and process improvements.
