Zusammenfassung

ELCA Advisory seeks a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Lausanne/Pully and Geneva team. You will advise clients, conduct business analysis, and lead workstreams while collaborating with deep-tech experts across the ELCA Group.

You will shape interfaces between business and IT, craft strategy through implementation, and coach colleagues in a dynamic, international environment. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years in strategy/management consulting or technology consulting.
• Proven ability to present to senior management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in French and English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Advise on client engagements and conduct business analysis.
• Facilitate workshops and lead workstreams.
• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, data, cloud, infra and cybersecurity specialists.
• Plan independently and coach junior colleagues; foster knowledge exchange.
• Contribute to evolving consulting offerings and client relationships.
