ELCA Advisory, leading Swiss AI-powered digital transformation partner, seeks a Consultant to strengthen our Lausanne/Pully and Geneva teams. You will contribute to advisory work, business analysis, and workshop facilitation within focused engagements, collaborating with ELCA experts across technology fields.

You will shape interfaces between business and IT, deliver workstreams, prepare presentations, and coach junior colleagues in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of professional experience in strategy/management consulting or high-caliber technology consulting.
• Degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or Natural Sciences; business specialization is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken); German is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with decision-makers and senior stakeholders on client engagements.
• Shape the interface between business and IT from strategy through implementation.
• Support workstreams and projects under guidance from experienced colleagues; prepare analyses and workshop materials.
• Coach junior colleagues and foster knowledge exchange within the team.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and development of consulting offerings.
