Zusammenfassung

ELCA Group is seeking a technical lead for Generative AI and AI/ML initiatives. You will architect GenAI solutions, guide engineering teams, and coach staff across the GenAI lifecycle from problem framing to production deployment and monitoring.

You will deliver strategic GenAI consulting to clients, shaping roadmaps, risks, and decisions, while driving pre-sales activities and tender responses to expand ELCA’s AI practice. Mentoring and group-wide thought leadership will be central to the role.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of AI experience with GenAI/LLM solutions and end-to-end project leadership.
• Proven track record in production-grade GenAI deployments.
• Strong experience with LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and agentic architectures.
• Knowledge of GenAI ecosystems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
• Experience with Cloud AI offerings (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem sovereign platforms.
