Jobgether is seeking a Senior+ Full-Stack Engineer based in Switzerland to join a partner company that builds developer infrastructure for AI applications. You will own features across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces, collaborating with customers to design and deliver impactful solutions.

You will influence architecture, product strategy, and engineering roadmaps in a remote-first environment that values ownership, pragmatic problem-solving, and excellent developer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience at a senior level or above.
• Strong TypeScript skills across the stack (Node.js backend, React frontend).
• Experience building and shipping production-ready software with ownership of complex features.
• Product-oriented mindset with focus on customer problems and value delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
• Autonomy, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-moving startup.
• Based in the Netherlands or eligible to work remotely from the designated European region.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full-stack product features across backend services, APIs, dashboards, and developer interfaces.
• Build and maintain tools for developers and AI agents, including APIs, SDKs, CLI, MCP integrations, and web apps.
• Engage with customers to understand integration requirements and translate feedback into software specs.
• Own features from discovery through deployment and optimization.
• Design scalable, high-performance systems that scale with adoption and usage.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Improve developer experience with intuitive APIs, tooling, and documentation.
• Contribute to open-source projects and engage with the developer community.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in a remote-first setting.
