Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js) for a remote, Switzerland-based role. You will contribute to a cloud-native platform combining workflow automation, digital twin tech, and AI-assisted planning. Lead end-to-end features using React, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS, while influencing architecture and platform reliability.

Collaborate with international teams, including UK stakeholders, and leverage AI-enabled development practices to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial Node.js development experience with backend focus.
• Proficient in React frontend development for scalable apps.
• Strong NestJS, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL design/optimisation skills.
• Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern frontend applications with React for planning workflows.
• Build robust backend services and REST APIs with Node.js/NestJS.
• Own end-to-end features from design to deployment.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas and optimise queries.
• Deploy and operate cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Contribute to architecture reviews and engineering standards.
• Maintain code quality with testing, CI/CD, and reviews.
• Investigate incidents and improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UK stakeholders.
