You will manage forecasting, budgeting, and multi-year project controls, partnering with Corporate Finance in Basel. Fluency in German and English, plus strong Excel/VBA and SAP skills, are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in reporting and controlling.
• Experience consolidating actuals and forecasts under US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel (VBA preferred) and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with SAP/SAP BW and group reporting tools.
• Strong German and English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Consolidate actual results and forecasts under US GAAP during month-end closing; perform revenue and profitability analysis.
• Prepare monthly management reports with insights on performance and variances vs budget and prior forecast.
• Drive forecasting process ensuring accuracy and alignment with management.
• Coordinate and prepare local budget including presentation decks for senior management.
• Monitor project financials (margins, cash flow) and support multi-year project reporting.
• Enhance reporting tools for transparency and departmental profitability.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance in Basel for group reporting deliverables.
• Support audits and provide SOX controls documentation.
