Jet Aviation in Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a senior MRO Contracts Manager to own the full contractual lifecycle for MRO activities, including the maintenance, renewal, and negotiation of frame agreements across technical, commercial, and legal dimensions.

You will drive contract administration across EMEA and advise on contractual rights while collaborating with Sales, Quality and Legal to secure Jet Aviation’s interests in an international context.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in contract administration within aeronautics or related sales environ
• Ability to balance technical, commercial, and legal considerations with business value
• Strong negotiation and communication skills across multiple functions

Aufgaben

• Own the full contractual lifecycle for MRO activities including frame agreements
• Lead contract requirements in sales and delivery of MRO products and services across EMEA
• Advise on rights and obligations, manage amendments and extensions, ensure compliance and control
• Support government tendering activities across EMEA including bid preparation and proposal presentation
• Contribute to harmonization of discount policies and contract quality improvements across regions
