Zusammenfassung

MIGX GmbH in Basel is seeking a Senior Finance and Controlling Administrator to support day-to-day finance operations across our Swiss entities. You will work closely with the Finance Manager on accounting, reporting and process improvements to ensure compliant, accurate financials.

Key responsibilities include AP/AR management, bank reconciliation, monthly/quarterly/year-end closings, data validation and cross-entity collaboration to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite or similar).
• Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive, structured working style.

Aufgaben

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice processing, billing and payment allocation.
• Prepare payment runs, reconcile bank accounts and support cash management activities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and perform account and subledger reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and validate financial data, reporting packages and finance trackers, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain financial records, master data and documentation in line with internal controls.
• Support process automation and collaborate with colleagues across our Swiss entities.
