Jet Aviation Basel Finance team is seeking an Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate and compliant financial operations across one or more entities. This entry‑level role offers exposure to AP processing, vendor reconciliations, supplier payments, and data maintenance in SAP within a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate with colleagues across Finance to deliver efficient accounting processes, maintain high-quality records, and support the business with reliable financial administration.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial diploma or equivalent in Finance.
• At least 2 years in accounting, accounts payable, or finance administration.
• Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on ERP experience.

• Processing PO and non-PO invoices accurately and independently.
• Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparing and coordinating timely supplier payments.
• Managing advance payment transactions.
• Maintaining and updating supplier master data in SAP.
• Reviewing and processing travel and expense claims.
• Supporting internal and external audit activities.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
• Providing administrative and operational support to the Finance team.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service quality.

In this position, you will be part of our Financial Services team, collaborating closely with colleagues across Finance to deliver efficient accounting processes, maintain high-quality financial records, and support the business with reliable financial administration.

Your Profile

• Commercial diploma or equivalent qualification within Finance
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in an accounting, accounts payable, or finance administration role
• Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience working with ERP systems
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• A structured, precise, and reliable way of working
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent teamwork skills
