Jet Aviation Basel seeks an Accounting Specialist to join the Finance team and help ensure accurate, compliant financial operations across one or more entities.

You will process invoices, reconcile accounts, prepare payments, maintain supplier master data in SAP, and support audits while collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial diploma or equivalent qualification within Finance.
• At least 2 years of accounting, accounts payable, or finance administration experience.
• Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, precise, and reliable with strong organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent teamwork.

In this position, you will be part of our Financial Services team, collaborating closely with colleagues across Finance to deliver efficient accounting processes, maintain high-quality financial records, and support the business with reliable financial administration.

Your Role

• Processing PO and non-PO invoices accurately and independently
• Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing and coordinating timely supplier payments
• Managing advance payment transactions
• Maintaining and updating supplier master data in SAP
• Reviewing and processing travel and expense claims
• Supporting internal and external audit activities
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements
• Providing administrative and operational support to the Finance team
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to continuously improve processes and service quality

Your Profile

• Commercial diploma or equivalent qualification within Finance
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in an accounting, accounts payable, or finance administration role
• Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience working with ERP systems
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• A structured, precise, and reliable way of working
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent teamwork skills
