Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex aircraft maintenance programs for Airbus and Boeing, from planning and quotation through release to service and final closure. You will coordinate multifunctional teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with contractual, quality, and regulatory requirements.

You will balance customer satisfaction with strong operational and financial performance in a fast-paced business

Qualifikationen

• Degree in project management, aviation, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in aircraft maintenance or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of aviation operations and customer communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead aircraft maintenance projects from planning through completion and release to service.
• Coordinate Planning, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Billing and Maintenance Operations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Provide regular updates to customers and manage expectations.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and gross profit; manage AWRs and warranty cases.
• Ensure quality gates and regulatory compliance across the lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and remove obstacles to delivery.
