Job summary

BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG, a Swiss life sciences company, seeks a Director FP&A & Reporting to lead global financial planning and analysis. Based in Schönenbuch, you will drive enterprise forecasts, scorecards, and strategic insights across Corporate and Business Units.

You will bring 10+ years in FP&A, strong German/English communication, and hands-on experience with SAP, Jedox, Vena, and planning tools. The role offers a challenging, international finance culture at our Basel-area headquarters.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in finance or accounting with strong strategic planning experience.
Fluent in English and German with excellent communication.
10+ years FP&A/BU Finance experience with analytics and business partnering.

Responsibilities

Lead consolidation of enterprise operating plans and forecasts.
Develop and implement performance management framework, KPIs and scorecards.
Own finance information model and data governance across the business.
Set targets aligned with group strategy and monitor achievement.
Provide finance-driven insights including profitability analyses and business cases.
Oversee budget and forecasting processes.
Drive finance initiatives including M&A activities and ROI analyses.
Collaborate with Corporate and BU leaders and Finance leadership team.
