Job summary

EY Switzerland is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead finance transformation projects, focusing on data, AI and automation within the Finance function. You will bridge technical and business perspectives, shaping CFO processes and driving value through AI and analytics.

The role emphasizes analytics, data governance and cross-functional collaboration across finance domains, including R2R, P2P and FP&A, based in Zürich.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in finance transformation, consulting or analytics.
• Experience with finance data structures, reporting and data quality.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and its business applications.
• Ability to demonstrate agentic AI usage to improve productivity.
• Experience with Python / PySpark, AI/ML concepts and data modelling.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across finance transformation engagements.
• Analyze current-state finance processes, data flows and pain points.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, controls and reporting quality.
• Translate CFO challenges into practical digital, automation, analytics and AI-enabled use cases.
• Define business requirements, data needs and solution concepts.
• Develop dashboards, data models, automation workflows and prototypes for client delivery.
• Support proposal development, project planning and stakeholder discussions.
