EY’s FAAS Finance Optimization team in Switzerland seeks a Manager to lead client engagements across Basel, Zurich or Geneva. You’ll own workstreams, manage stakeholders and deliver high‑quality outputs in digital finance transformation programmes.

Role requires 6–9 years in consulting or finance, ERP/EPM leadership, strong project management and the ability to mentor teams; ACCA/CPA a plus, fluent English/German, French a bonus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance transformation.
• Experience leading ERP/EPM or finance transformation workstreams.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and ensure high‑quality client delivery.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English/German; French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead digital finance transformation engagements including ERP/EPM programmes.
• Analyse and improve end-to-end finance processes and design functional specs.
• Guide and mentor project teams to ensure quality and collaboration.
• Design and lead client workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Drive planning, governance, risk mitigation and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with EY service lines to bring holistic solutions to clients.
• Lead business development and proposal activities.
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal methodologies.
