Job summary

EY's Technology Consulting is hiring for a senior role in AI and Data for Financial Services. You will lead business development, design AI-driven data solutions, and deliver scalable, secure systems across CRM, CBS and data platforms. You will mentor teammates and collaborate with EY colleagues worldwide to drive client impact.

The role requires 7+ years in relevant sectors, strong leadership, and fluency in English and German. Swiss travel within Switzerland and abroad is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in banking, wealth/asset management, or insurance.
• Experience implementing data-heavy systems (CRM, Data Platforms).
• Proven track record leading transformation projects and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development in AI and Data for Financial Services, including client proposals.
• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions focusing on Agentic AI and data engineering.
• Implement solutions with CRM, ERP, CBS, KYC, and Data Platforms for clients.
• Lead project teams delivering scalable, secure, compliant tech solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to Knowledge Base within Technology Consulting.
• Collaborate with EY teams locally and internationally to deliver client impact.
