Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–6 years of consulting or finance transformation experience.
• Exposure to ERP/EPM implementations.
• Fluency in English; German/French a plus.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support digital finance transformation projects, including ERP/EPM initiatives.
• Analyse and improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A).
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Support finance and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and value.
• Assist with project management activities and governance routines.
• Contribute to knowledge building and go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop expertise in emerging finance technologies.
