Zusammenfassung

EY’s Technology Consulting unit seeks an AI-focused consultant to design and deliver AI-driven solutions for Swiss Financial Services clients. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures, emphasize security and regulatory compliance, and support business development and knowledge sharing across EY teams.

With a MSc/PhD in a relevant field and 2+ years of industry experience, you’ll work across geographies, leveraging Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and Microsoft

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance or asset management, either in-house or as a consultant.
• Interest and experience in AI domains such as Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and ML.
• Familiarity with object-oriented and functional programming, data structures, algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting / programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, C#, Java or similar.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services for data and AI.
• Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad to collaborate with international teams and clients.

• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions for Swiss Financial Services clients, focusing on AI enablement, data engineering, and scalable apps.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with financial industry standards.
• Contribute to business development activities, including preparing client proposals and supporting internal strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the Technology Consulting team.
• Collaborate with local and international EY teams across geographies and industries to deliver high-impact client solutions.
