EY’s FAAS Finance Optimization in Switzerland is seeking a Manager to lead client engagements across Basel, Zurich or Geneva, guiding multidisciplinary teams through digital finance transformation and ERP/EPM programmes.

You will own workstreams, manage stakeholders and ensure high-quality outputs, with focus on finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A) and business development. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration across EY lines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance transformation.
• Experience leading ERP/EPM or finance transformation workstreams.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and ensure high-quality client delivery.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English/German; French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead digital finance transformation engagements including ERP/EPM programmes, automation use cases, and finance data & analytics workstreams.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A), translating business requirements into clear process designs and functional specifications.
• Guide and mentor project teams to ensure quality and effective collaboration.
• Design and lead client workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Drive planning, governance, risk mitigation and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with EY service lines to bring holistic solutions to clients.
• Lead business development and proposal activities.
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal methodologies.
