EY Switzerland is seeking a Manager in Technology Consulting to lead AI and Data initiatives for Financial Services. You will partner with clients to design and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions, from CRM and CBS integrations to data platforms, applying Generative AI and advanced analytics in real-world business contexts.

You’ll manage cross‑functional teams, drive business development, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with EY colleagues across geographies.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services (banking, wealth & asset management, or insurance).
• Experience implementing data-heavy systems such as CRM and Data Platforms.
• Proven track record of leading transformation projects and managing teams.
• Experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), CBS, KYC, and Data Platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and ML for business insights.
• Strong data architecture knowledge (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, ETL, Streaming).
• Excellent communication bridging IT and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad.

• Lead business development activities in AI and Data for Financial Services, including client proposals.
• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions focusing on Agentic AI, intelligent automation, data engineering, and scalable apps.
• Implement solutions across CRM, CBS, KYC, and Data Platforms, addressing client data challenges.
• Lead project teams delivering tangible results with scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Mentor colleagues, contribute to knowledge sharing, and collaborate across EY teams.
