AVASO Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking a Level 2 Field Infrastructure Engineer in Basel to provide advanced onsite and remote support for network, EUC, server, and storage environments.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, execute approved changes, assist migrations, and act as escalation point for L1 technicians while coordinating with L3 teams and customers to ensure stable, secure infrastructure operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT / Infrastructure.
• 4-7 years of infrastructure support with strong field exposure.
• Strong hands-on networking, servers, storage, and ITIL knowledge.
• Ability to work independently onsite and remotely with good documentation.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related network issues beyond L1.
• Handle EUC and server/storage incidents; coordinate with L3 teams.
• Perform OS-level server troubleshooting for Windows/Linux systems.
• Assist with storage connectivity, SAN/NAS, and backups validation.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes; provide RCA when needed.
• Create and maintain technical docs, SOPs, and handover materials.
