Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification with several years of ESM/ITSM project experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex service management solutions.
• Able to quickly learn xamplo’s solutions and advise customers as an expert.
• Experience implementing ESM/ITSM solutions; ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Knowledge of Freshworks, Matrix42 or Xurrent is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in requirements engineering to turn vague customer ideas into clear technical specifications.
• An ITIL 4 certification is a plus — either already obtained or in progress.
• Excellent German language skills and fluent English communication.
