Try&Hire is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to build, maintain and scale a developer tooling platform and CI/CD infrastructure used by hundreds of engineers. You will own and scale CI/CD workflows, plan capacity, and ensure reliability under changing load.

You\'ll deepen GitOps with ArgoCD across environments, advance supply chain security with SAST and artifact attestation, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure across network, application, and system layers.

Qualificações

• Kubernetes expertise with performance tuning under load.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience; GitLab CI a plus.
• Practical GitOps experience, ideally ArgoCD.
• Proficient in Python, Golang or Rust.
• Configuration management with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Security mindset aligned with DevSecOps practices.

This role builds, maintains and scales a developer tooling platform and CI/CD infrastructure used by hundreds of engineers, combining platform reliability work with supply chain security.

Your tasks

• Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily
• Plan capacity, design runner architecture and keep the platform reliable under shifting load
• Deepen GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, including cluster state management across environments
• Advance supply chain security posture including SAST and artifact attestation
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems across network, application and system layers

What you bring

• Strong Kubernetes experience including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under load
• Hands-on CI/CD background, GitLab CI experience is a plus
• Practical experience with GitOps, ideally with ArgoCD
• Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust
• Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
• A security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices

• Workload: 100 %
• Work model: On site
• Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it

What to expect

• 3-6 months interim, then a permanent position
• Office-first work model with some flexibility to work from home
