Proton is seeking a DevOps Platform engineer to lead scalable CI/CD infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will deepen GitOps with ArgoCD, enhance supply chain security, and troubleshoot multi‑layer infrastructure challenges.

Collaboration across teams is essential inside a small, distributed, and highly skilled group. We value practical automation skills in Python, Golang or Rust, and proficiency with Ansible/Terraform.

Qualifikationen

• Kubernetes on-prem Linux and high-load environments experience.
• Hands-on CI/CD background; GitLab CI a plus.
• GitOps in practice; ArgoCD experience preferred.
• Languages: Python, Golang or Rust for tooling development, not mere configuration.
• Configuration management with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• DevSecOps mindset; supply chain security experience a plus.
• Strong cross-team communication and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling thousands of jobs daily, plan capacity and ensure reliability.
• Advance GitOps workflows based on ArgoCD and manage cluster state across environments.
• Enhance supply chain security posture with SAST and artifact attestation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across network, app, and system layers.
