Job summary

Try&Hire in Geneva on-site is seeking a senior CI/CD/DevSecOps engineer to own and scale our CI/CD infrastructure. You will build GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, optimize capacity and platform reliability, and strengthen supply chain security across environments.

You will work with Python, Go or Rust and IaC tools like Ansible and Terraform, collaborating across teams to document solutions and improve resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing CI/CD and GitOps in large-scale environments.
• Strong Kubernetes experience under high load on on‑prem Linux.
• Proficient in Python, Go or Rust and IaC tooling (Ansible/Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Own and scale CI/CD infra handling tens of thousands of jobs daily.
• Plan capacity, architecture, and reliability under load.
• Develop GitOps workflows with ArgoCD across environments.
• Improve supply chain security posture with SAST and attestation.
• Troubleshoot complex infra across network, app, system layers.
