Zusammenfassung

Try&Hire in Geneva on-site is seeking a senior CI/CD/DevSecOps engineer to own and scale our CI/CD infrastructure. You will build GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, optimize capacity and platform reliability, and strengthen supply chain security across environments.

You will work with Python, Go or Rust and IaC tools like Ansible and Terraform, collaborating across teams to document solutions and improve resilience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with managing CI/CD and GitOps in large-scale environments.
• Strong Kubernetes experience under high load on on‑prem Linux.
• Proficient in Python, Go or Rust and IaC tooling (Ansible/Terraform).

You will own and scale the CI/CD and GitOps infrastructure that hundreds of engineers rely on daily, working across on-premises and cloud environments with a strong focus on security.

Your tasks

• Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily
• Plan capacity, runner architecture and platform reliability under shifting load patterns
• Develop GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, including cluster state management across environments
• Advance supply chain security posture through SAST and artifact attestation
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across network, application and system layers

What you bring

• Strong Kubernetes experience including tuning and troubleshooting on-prem Linux systems under load
• Hands-on CI/CD background, GitLab CI experience is a plus
• Practical GitOps experience, ideally with ArgoCD
• Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust
• Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
• Security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices, supply chain security experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills to work across teams and document work clearly
