Zusammenfassung

Ignite Next GmbH in Zürich, Switzerland is seeking a Senior Layout Designer with 5+ years' experience in custom analog, SRAM and digital IP to power our ComputeRAM. You will plan floorplans, implement device-level layouts with production-grade matching and guard rings, and drive DRC/LVS/PEX on nodes down to 4 nm.

You will collaborate with analog, digital and PD/STA teams to meet aggressive PPA, yield and reliability targets.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in custom layout for analog/SRAM/custom-digital IP; ownership from floorplan to sign-off.
• Experience on sub-28 nm nodes; FinFET/FDSOI, multi-patterning/EUV constraints, coloring.
• Solid analog layout techniques: common-centroid, interdigitation, current-mirror symmetry, shielding/guard rings.
• Reading extraction/timing reports and iterating with designers/PD/STA.
• Clear communication and collaboration across multiple design teams.

Aufgaben

• Plan & implement full-custom layouts for standard cells, custom datapaths, and SRAM periphery/arrays.
• Drive feedback to converge on power-aware design layout.
• Interface with schematic owners, define pins/abstracts, LEF views, keep-outs, and tiling for macros.
• Coordinate MBIST/scan wrappers and test hooks; automate tasks with TCL/Python.
