ABB is seeking a Country Sales & Solutions Manager for ELDS Switzerland, based in Baden. The role is hybrid and leads sales, marketing, and project execution across the Swiss market, driving double-digit CHF growth while coordinating across divisions.

The successful candidate will manage a multi-functional team, own P&L for ELDS Switzerland, and build strong relationships with customers from installers to executives. Fluency in German/Swiss German and English is required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or sales-related functions; project management experience.
• Fluent in German/Swiss German and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally if needed.

• Define and implement sales and marketing strategies for ELDS Sales & Solutions in Switzerland.
• Manage marketing and sales action plans to achieve targets.
• Ensure project execution and high customer satisfaction across the value chain.
