ABB in Switzerland seeks an experienced EL Product Marketing Manager to drive market development with panel manufacturers in French-speaking Switzerland. You will build a robust sales pipeline, nurture customer relationships, and position ABB solutions across power distribution.

The role is hybrid, reporting to the EL Product Marketing Manager, with a base in Baden/Morges and collaboration with internal teams and partners to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualificações

• Several years of proven sales experience in electrical distribution or building management.
• Technical knowledge in electrical engineering and distribution.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage decision-makers.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• French language native level; Swiss work permit and valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify market opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Attract and develop new customers by demonstrating ABB solutions with professionalism.
• Maintain long-term partnerships through needs identification and excellent service.
• Support customer projects from discovery to completion with tailored technical and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure clear terms, delivery times and contract clauses.
