Job summary

ABB in Baden, Switzerland, is seeking a Country Sales & Solutions Manager (80-100%) to lead sales and marketing for the ELDS business in Switzerland. You will define strategies, steer action plans, and drive profitable growth while ensuring customer satisfaction across the value chain.

You will oversee regional sales, account management, tendering, product marketing and project execution, coaching leaders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in sales with project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across global matrix environments.
• Fluent in German/Swiss German and English; French knowledge a plus.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally

Responsibilities

• Define and implement sales and marketing strategies for ELDS Sales & Solutions in Switzerland.
• Manage marketing and sales action plans to achieve targets profitably.
• Ensure project execution and high customer satisfaction across the value chain.
• Proactively lead, develop, and coach sales-related functions in Switzerland.
