AYES - Management & Technology Consulting in Switzerland is seeking an experienced engineer to design and develop composite components for high-performance applications. The role requires 5+ years in composite structures within regulated environments and strong NX/Fibersim proficiency.

You will own technical work packages, coordinate design changes, and ensure documentation, quality, and timelines are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe and the USA.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in composite structures design, preferably within a regulated industry
• Strong proficiency in 3D modelling and drafting tools (NX or similar CAD systems preferred)
• Familiarity with composite design methodologies and related software tools (e.g., Fibersim or equivalent)
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
