Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) and MGA operations for a Switzerland-based, remote-first engagement. You will drive requirements, design platform configurations for Sure Commercial, and collaborate with underwriters, product and tech teams to streamline the insurance lifecycle.

You will lead analysis, testing, and stakeholder workshops, ensuring solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements across underwriting,

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of business analysis experience in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Strong MGA domain knowledge, delegated underwriting and the full commercial insurance lifecycle.
• Experience with insurance platforms: implementation, configuration, or business process transformation.
• Proven ability to produce user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs, process flows, and rules.
• Experience supporting insurance platform implementations, SIT and UAT, with sign-off coordination.

Responsibilities

• Engage with MGA stakeholders, underwriters, and business teams to gather and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into Sure Commercial configurations, user stories, and functional specs.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and recommend configurations or integrations.
• Define requirements across underwriting, rating, quoting, and policy transactions.
• Design and document broker submission processes and workflows.
• Define and support integrations with rating engines, carriers, and brokers.
• Assist with SIT/UAT, test scenarios, defects, and sign-off coordination.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align objectives with technical solutions.
