Interiman Group is seeking a Senior Insurance Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance for the Swiss market. The role centers on primary, direct coverage for Swiss SMEs and commercial clients, not reinsurance.
The candidate will provide underwriting expertise, support portfolio management, and collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Risk Management and senior stakeholders to drive governance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the Swiss insurance market.
- Strong expertise in Commercial P&C insurance.
- Proven experience with Swiss SME / commercial insurance.
- Hands-on P&C underwriting experience within primary/direct insurance.
- Strong understanding of Swiss insurance products, risks and underwriting processes.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive management.
- Background in transformation, change or process improvement is an advantage.
- Professional insurance qualification such as ACII or equivalent is beneficial.
Responsabilités
- Provide subject matter expertise in Commercial P&C Insurance and Underwriting.
- Support underwriting strategy, portfolio management and risk assessment.
- Advise underwriting teams, business functions and senior stakeholders.
- Analyse underwriting performance, profitability and portfolio development.
- Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Actuarial, Risk Management and Operations.
- Contribute to governance, regulatory and strategic initiatives.
