Job summary

PwC Switzerland is seeking an Insurance Business Analyst (Associate - Manager) to collaborate closely with clients on transformation journeys. You will support project managers, product owners and sponsors in core platform transformations within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities include providing independent advisory input, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and regulatory compliance, and working with PwC teams in Switzerland and abroad on agile, international

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of work experience in transformation management or business analysis, ideally with insurance/IT background.
• Experience in core platform transformations and change projects.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, pragmatic approach.
• Fluent in German and English; able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers, product owners and sponsors on Insurance transformations.
• Provide advice and independent perspective on project management and sponsorship.
• Help deliver transformations in scope, time and budget while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to design and implementation of core insurance platforms.
