Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager – Commercial to partner with senior Commercial leadership across EMEA. You will guide forecasting, budgeting and strategic decisions while leading a small team in a matrix global environment.

You will interact with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Leadership to drive profitability and customer value, delivering insights and GTM strategies in a fast-paced life sciences setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; professional certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial FP&A and business partnering.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews for regional senior directors.
• Coordinate alignment between global requirements and regional needs.
• Support forecasting and planning with Commercial, Marketing and Sales.
• Drive actionable insights to improve profitability and performance.
• Guide and develop the team to become a premier finance organization.
• Deliver Go To Market strategies and integration projects.
• Lead and mentor your team to meet business and finance goals.
