Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, controlling or related finance function.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and understanding of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise, and meet demanding deadlines with accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day reporting, planning and analysis activities autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key elements of monthly management reporting and support the Board with packs.
• Coordinate monthly close, ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders and deliver accurate information.
• Analyse monthly financial performance, variances and drivers; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity through reconciliation and validation across reports.
• Drive process improvement, automation and standardisation of reporting and planning outputs.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools for visibility of performance across regions and commodities.
