Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in multinational financial management.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data into clear, executive narratives for leadership.
• Identify trends and risks early and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end financial cycles (Planning, MTOs, T0, etc.).
• Drive standardization and automation to increase speed and value.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align on financial stewardship.
• Act as primary link between Pharma Division, Strategic Finance, US Commercial eCOE and FINET.
• Supervise & coach the FP&A squad to maximize delivery value and growth.
• Oversee resource allocation with Commercial OBC enablers.
