EMEA Recruitment is partnering with an international organisation to recruit a Senior FP&A Finance Manager based in Central Switzerland. The role focuses on core FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, reporting, and performance analysis.

We are seeking a degree-qualified finance professional with 8–10 years in FP&A or related fields, strong modelling skills, US GAAP knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years' FP&A/Corporate/Commercial/Business Finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting experience.
• US GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial or similar complex environments preferred.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a lean, collaborative finance team.
• Fluent English is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a high-performing finance team in a role with a strong emphasis on core Financial Planning & Analysis activities.

Unlike broader finance transformation or project-focused positions, this role is centred around traditional FP&A responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support quarterly reporting cycles and provide meaningful commentary on business performance.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Identify key risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
• Support corporate planning activities and senior leadership reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement within FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 8-10 years' experience within FP&A, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance roles.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance reporting.
• US GAAP knowledge
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or other complex operational environments is preferred.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating within a lean and collaborative finance team.
• Fluent English language skills are essential.
