ECOM Group in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own FP&A, reporting and performance management activities. The role combines ownership of core FP&A deliverables with hands-on analysis, stakeholder engagement and continuous process improvement to support business performance.

You will drive monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and the automation of reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders across geographies and commodities to deliver

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of FP&A, financial reporting or related finance function.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and understanding of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis.

Aufgaben

• Own key elements of the monthly management reporting process.
• Coordinate monthly close and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and analysis to support planning and decision-making.
• Lead process improvements and automation of recurring reporting.
• Support annual budget and forecasting processes across the Group.
