Job summary
EPAM Systems is looking for a Cloud Engagement Leader to drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements for Life Sciences and Healthcare clients in Switzerland, in a hybrid work setup. You will own bookings, lead multi-stakeholder deals and guide strategy from origination to revenue closure.
You will partner with leadership, delivery teams and Microsoft stakeholders to shape go-to-market motions, co-sell opportunities and strategic pursuits, ensuring sustainable growth and client success.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology consulting or cloud strategy with Microsoft cloud experience.
- 5+ years in business development or sales leadership with revenue targets.
- Proven track record closing complex cloud transformation deals.
Responsibilities
- Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline for Microsoft cloud transformations.
- Lead opportunities from origination to closure with deal shaping.
- Execute land-and-expand across AI, cloud modernization, data.
- Build executive relationships with client executives and partners.
- Collaborate with Microsoft account teams on go-to-market and co-sell.
- Shape strategic cloud transformation deals with architecture oversight.
