You will manage EXAM relationships, develop solutions, and provide research and investment ideas while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations; you will coordinate client meetings and respond promptly to inquiries, maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance.
• 5–10 years of relevant Private Banking experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities.
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English; other languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and develop EXAM relationships while driving new business.
• Develop solutions and processes for EXAMs.
• Provide research and investment solutions.
• Promote Bank services to clients.
• Ensure compliance with FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.
• Prepare client meetings and events.
• Respond to client inquiries by email or phone.
• Execute and monitor client instructions (payments, trades, etc.).
• Monitor credit lines and investment maturities.
• Handle administrative issues related to clients.
