Camp de Base is recruiting a Senior Relationship Manager for an international wealth management group based in Switzerland, with client travel as needed. The role focuses on building trusted, discreet relationships and coordinating tailored wealth solutions through a multi-disciplinary, open-architecture approach.

The successful candidate will manage a Swiss-based private client base, ensure high-touch coverage, and work with internal specialists and partners to provide comprehensive wealth

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated track record in client relationship management (private banking/wealth management/investment).
• Ownership of a client book to onboard and expand.
• No client portfolios with any Russian nexus (compliance).

Aufgaben

• Lead client meetings and ensure ongoing, high-touch relationship coverage.
• Assess client situations and objectives and orchestrate suitable wealth strategies with internal specialists.
• Support and drive client onboarding: KYC/AML documentation, record maintenance, audit-ready traceability.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments and provide insights within the advisory framework.
• Identify and execute business development opportunities across Switzerland to expand the client network.
• Ensure adherence to FINMA requirements and internal confidentiality standards.
• Coordinate internal experts to deliver holistic wealth management coverage.
