Our client is seeking a Relationship Manager with a focus on the German market. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and tailored advice to high-net-worth clients while driving business development and supporting the effective management of client portfolios.

Duties Include:

• Develop strong, long-term relationships and attract new private banking and wealth management clients to the group.
• Bring an established portfolio of clients.
• Provide tailored advice and support to high-net-worth individuals, senior management and internal teams.
• Maintain close relationships with clients, investment managers and senior colleagues.
• Ensure appropriate client service and wealth structuring solutions are in place.
• Monitor competitor activity and developments across the Swiss market.
• Keep clients informed of relevant market developments and provide analysis based on the information available.
• Prepare business reports for the investment management team.
• Identify and manage risks promptly while adhering to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

The preferred candidate will ideally have a private banking or relationship management background and demonstrate an understanding of how to deal with high net-worth individuals on a daily basis. Fluency in German is required. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
