Job summary

Aleph is hiring a Senior Client Partner to drive revenue growth in Switzerland and expand our client portfolio for Microsoft Advertising. You will own a book of business, build strategic client partnerships, and steer onboarding and compliance for new campaigns.

Join a global, fast-growing team and leverage a vast platform ecosystem while working remotely from Switzerland. Fluency in French and English is required, with Swiss work eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital advertising experience in BD/AM/KAM or ad sales.
• Strong Swiss market network across media agencies, advertisers and publishers.
• Strong commercial skills with direct revenue responsibility.
• Direct experience in paid search advertising, performance advertising, and e-commerce.
• Ability to work independently and in a fully remote setup.
• Right to work in Switzerland.
• Fluency in French and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Microsoft Advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers.
• Generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and maintain CRM records.
• Hit sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure compliance.
