Job summary

Destinus, a fast-growing aerospace company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to own a high volume of supplier invoices, work with purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies in a busy finance team.

You will process invoices in Microsoft Dynamics and ExFlow, ensure accurate vendor records, and support month-end tasks. A Swiss base with English fluency and familiarity with Swiss practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in accounting, AP or vendor accounting.
• Experience processing high volumes of supplier invoices.
• PO-based invoice handling and reconciliation.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics and ExFlow.
• Experience with Swiss accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Process and book a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Check invoices against POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Review invoice details, approvals, and supporting docs before posting.
• Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Support month-end activities and other AP tasks.
