Qualifikationen

• Degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years in procurement/purchasing.
• ERP proficiency with MS Dynamics required.
• Detail‑oriented executor who follows processes.
• Strong communication skills; fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Purchase Order Management: process approved requisitions into POs in MS Dynamics and ensure contract terms.
• Delivery Assurance: monitor order status, track deliveries, and expedite as needed.
• Operational Issue Resolution: resolve routine PO/invoice/documentation discrepancies and escalate complex cases.
