Le Creuset is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) for 100% on-site in Zug, Switzerland. The role focuses on accurate processing of supplier invoices, expenses, and vendor payments, with strong emphasis on GL, VAT coding and month-end close.

Develop and maintain AP controls, support intercompany processes, and assist with audits and finance projects while collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Fluent in English; German or French language skills are an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems and electronic invoice workflows; Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Mansioni

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and approvals, resolving discrepancies as required.
• Ensure accurate posting of invoices, including General Ledger, cost centres and VAT coding.
• Prepare payment proposals and support payment runs in line with company policies.
• Reconcile supplier accounts, open items and AP balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure the accuracy of banking and tax information.
• Act as the key contact for supplier and internal stakeholder queries.
• Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals and reporting.
• Perform intercompany invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives and internal controls.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and other finance activities as required.
• Assist with audits and ad hoc finance projects.
