Zusammenfassung

Siemens Switzerland is seeking an experienced security professional to lead incident response and vulnerability management across the unit. You will coordinate incident activities, translate complex findings for business stakeholders, and ensure vulnerability remediation is prioritized and executed by product teams and engineers.

The role demands 5–10 years in the field, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to security operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in incident response and vulnerability management roles.
• Hands-on experience with incident management platforms and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and functions.
• Fluent English, with ability to explain complex security topics to non-technical audiences.
• German or additional languages are a plus.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GCIH are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Incident management: Own and maintain the incident response plan and ensure it functions effectively when activated.
• Coordination: Serve as the primary contact during incidents and ongoing vulnerability management activities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with product and engineering teams and translate security findings for the business.
• Reporting: Produce clear, actionable reports on incidents and vulnerability posture for internal stakeholders.
• Process improvement: Lead lessons-learned and integrate findings into protocols and playbooks.
• Training and awareness: Develop and deliver security training for teams across SI B.
