• 5–10 years of incident response and vulnerability management experience.
• Hands-on experience with incident management platforms and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Fluent English; German or additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Incident management: Own and maintain the incident response plan and ensure it functions when activated.
• Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact during incidents and vulnerability management activities.
• Communication: Keep internal stakeholders informed and aligned; explain security topics to non-technical audiences.
• Reporting: Produce clear, actionable reports on incidents and vulnerability posture for decision-making.
• Process improvement: Lead lessons-learned and integrate findings into playbooks and training.
• Training and awareness: Develop and deliver training to help teams understand their security roles.
