Siemens Schweiz AG is seeking an Incident & Vulnerability Coordinator to join the Cybersecurity Business Support Team. You will bridge technical teams and the business, overseeing incident response and vulnerability management across the unit, ensuring timely information, prioritization, and remediation with product, engineering, and stakeholders.

Role requires a Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Cybersecurity, 5–10 years in related fields, and strong communication skills in English; German or additional

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of incident response and vulnerability management experience.
• Hands-on experience with incident management platforms and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Fluent English; German or additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Incident management: Own and maintain the incident response plan and ensure it functions when activated.
• Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact during incidents and vulnerability management activities.
• Communication: Keep internal stakeholders informed and aligned; explain security topics to non-technical audiences.
• Reporting: Produce clear, actionable reports on incidents and vulnerability posture for decision-making.
• Process improvement: Lead lessons-learned and integrate findings into playbooks and training.
• Training and awareness: Develop and deliver training to help teams understand their security roles.
